Industrial Organizational Psychologist
Minimum of a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Preferably a Masters Degree and experience with Management consulting, Information Technology, and accounting background is a plus.
As the Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, employee will apply psychological principles and research methods to the workplace in the interest of improving productivity and the quality of work life. He/she will also be involved in research on management and marketing problems. He/she will screen, train, and counsel applicants for jobs, as well as perform organizational development and analysis for our entire organization and major clients.
